RESET is a personalised programme designed to help you get stronger, feel better, change your body and finally understand what works for you. Train with purpose. Build sustainable habits. Make real progress – with coaching behind you throughout.
Starts Monday 14 September 2026. 15 places only. You want to make progress. You want to feel stronger, more confident and more in control of your body. But perhaps you're not sure what you actually need to get there.
Maybe you've tried to figure it out yourself. Maybe you've followed programmes before but never really understood why you were doing what you were doing. Maybe you've wondered whether you actually need a coach – or you're simply not ready to commit to long-term coaching without knowing what that experience is really like.
Every woman deserves to know what she's capable of. We believe that starts by building a body and mind she can trust. A woman's relationship with herself changes when she learns she can rely on herself. womenweglow helps women build strong, healthy bodies that become the foundation for greater resilience, self-trust and a life they feel truly capable of living.
Join RESET →This isn't a plan handed to you and left to figure out on your own. Throughout your eight weeks, I'll be reviewing your progress, answering your questions, giving you feedback and helping you understand what to adjust, what to keep doing and what actually matters.

We start together, 1:1. We'll look at where you are now, what you want from your eight weeks, and the things that matter most for you to focus on. You'll receive your personalised training programme and access to the WomenWeGlow App.

This is where the real work happens. Six educational modules build your understanding of training, nutrition, hormones, recovery, mindset, tracking and plateaus – with an interactive workbook to apply it to your own body and life, and me coaching you throughout.

We finish together, 1:1 on a call. We'll look at where you started, what's changed, what you've learned and what you've achieved – then talk about where you want to go from here. No obligation to continue beyond your eight weeks.
Meaningful progress isn't about finding one perfect workout, eating as little as possible or trying to control every variable. It's about understanding the foundations that actually drive your results – and learning how to make them work together.

Build strength, muscle and physical capability through effective resistance training.

Support recovery, movement, stress management and your ability to adapt when life doesn't go perfectly to plan.

Fuel your body in a way that supports your goals, performance, recovery and wellbeing.

Build the habits, awareness and confidence to keep making progress when real life happens.

How to train for real results, without burnout or exhaustion.
Training and recovering with your hormones, not against them.
A deeper look at your why, and the four stages of growth from comfort zone to transformation zone.
This is a genuine 1:1 coaching experience, so I'm keeping this intake to 15 places – enough to properly coach and support every woman who joins.
One payment. Non-refundable.
Give me eight weeks. I'll give you the structure, the education and the coaching. You show up and do the work. At the end, you decide where you go from there.
"Working with Rachel has genuinely been one of the best investments I've made. I arrived at our elopement feeling the healthiest, strongest and most confident version of myself in years. What makes Rachel different is how personal her coaching is. As a female coach with a real focus on women's health and training, her understanding of hormones and the way our bodies change as we get older has been invaluable. She's helped me understand my body so much better and taught me to work with it, rather than against it. I've gained so much more than just losing weight. I've become stronger, more confident in my body and built habits that I'll carry with me long after the wedding."
"I felt lost in the gym and didn't know what I was doing. Now I feel confident in how I train. I never thought I'd run 10km – let alone complete a half marathon. Biggest lesson? Prioritising myself, even when life gets busy."
"Rachel has helped me transform my mind, body and wellbeing at a time in my life where my body is changing. She understands the challenges middle-aged women face and created a programme that's realistic and achievable."
"All the hard work has paid off and I can't wait to do more. Thank you for the amazing support – not just a coach, as a sister. You're the reason I'm confident about my body."
"Disregarding the physical changes, I'm more in love with the fact my mental health is getting better and I feel more like me each and every day. Working with you has been the best investment I've ever made."
"Working with you has given me such an insight to what my body can do. My moods have been better, my sleep has been better – I'm not just lifting heavier, I'm getting faster, more powerful, and I feel more confident in my body."
"I originally thought it was going to be about changing physically, but my mindset change has been the biggest thing so far! I've now started wearing clothes I would never have considered months ago. Sounds cheesy, but I'm a different person now – and a massive part of that is thanks to you."

Lily came to me already training consistently, determined to reduce her body fat while keeping the muscle she'd worked hard to build. Over eight weeks, we built a plan around her actual life – full-time shift work, late finishes, holidays, her birthday, plenty of socialising. She trained 3–4 times a week, hit her step goal, and when life got in the way, we adapted rather than letting one disrupted week derail her progress.

This client came to me feeling stuck – she'd lost consistency and wasn't seeing the progress she wanted. She loved running and wanted to get back to it, so she came to the right place. With my Level 4 Strength & Conditioning background, we were able to combine running and strength in a way that supported both her performance and body-composition goals – rather than forcing her into another generic programme. Over eight weeks, she trained 2–3 times a week and ran 1–2 times a week – knocking 8 minutes off her 5K PB, alongside a major change in body composition.

Libbie had spent years lifting and building muscle, but had reached a point where her progress had stalled. She wanted to keep developing her physique while also becoming faster, more powerful and capable beyond the gym. So we changed the focus. Over eight weeks, we worked on body composition alongside power, strength and speed, gradually bringing running back into her training. She trained four times a week and finished the eight weeks with a phenomenal physique transformation, a new 5K PB, a new 10K PB, and noticeably more power, speed and strength.
These women didn't follow the same plan. They didn't have the same starting point. And they didn't need to put their lives on hold.
They each had eight weeks of coaching built around where they were, what they wanted to achieve and what would move them forward.
That's RESET. Eight weeks. Real coaching. Your starting point. Your goals. Your next step.
RESET isn't a quick-fix programme. It's built from the same coaching and methodology that's helped the women I work with create lasting change – building strength, confidence, capability, and a healthier relationship with training and nutrition.
Eight weeks is enough to create meaningful change and give you a strong foundation. And for many of my clients, that's just the beginning – women often stay and continue working with me for a year or more, building on what they've achieved and seeing what they're capable of next.

Stronger – measurably, in the gym and in daily life.
Calmer around food, without rules running the show.
Consistent – because the plan finally fits their life.
Before I was a coach, I spent years using exercise to punish myself rather than support myself. Getting well meant working through disordered eating, addiction and a lot of therapy.
Yoga taught me to be still in my body without needing to fix it. Strength training taught me what that body could actually do once I stopped fighting it.
But getting well wasn't just physical. It meant learning to stop abandoning myself – setting boundaries, following through on what I said I'd do, and sitting with how I felt instead of training it away. My body only started changing for good once that shifted.
The Lift & Flow Method came directly from that combination – a strength coach's understanding of what builds a body, a yoga teacher's understanding of movement and recovery, and my own experience of what it takes to trust yourself enough to follow through. I built my approach on all three because I needed all three.
Every woman deserves to know what she's capable of. I believe that starts with building a body and mind she can trust.
I've spent the last five years on the gym floor, actually coaching women – not just writing programmes from behind a screen. I've coached 75+ women, from beginners to advanced clients, both in person and online.
I've seen how differently women respond to training, nutrition and recovery – and what happens when life gets busy, confidence dips or a plan simply isn't working.
My yoga background shapes the way I coach strength. I don't see strength, mobility, recovery and wellbeing as separate pieces – they all influence how your body performs, adapts and changes. I want you to understand when to push, when to pull back, how to train with intention, fuel properly and recover well – rather than spending another year eating less, training harder and blaming yourself when it doesn't work. My job isn't just to tell you what to do. It's to teach you why you're doing it, how your body responds, and how to adapt when things change. That's what we're building here: a body and mind you trust.
It's a little bit of both – intentionally. Everyone joins the September intake together and moves through the eight weeks and six modules alongside each other, giving you the structure and momentum of starting together. But your coaching is personal to you. Your training programme is built around your goals, starting point, schedule and equipment, and you get two private 1:1 calls with me – your Week 1 starting call and Week 8 review – plus regular 1:1 coaching support throughout.
You're set up in the WomenWeGlow App straight away, then I'll email you your onboarding form. Your answers give me everything I need to build your programme properly around you. Once you've completed it, I'll build your plan and load everything into the app ready for Monday 14 September. We'll book your private Week 1 call either before we start or during your first week, depending on availability. Then we get to work.
You get two private 1:1 calls with me – your Week 1 starting call and your Week 8 review – with ongoing coaching support in between. Each week, you'll complete a check-in form covering things like your training, steps, nutrition, activity and recovery, so I can see what's actually happening rather than simply assuming you're following the plan. You'll also work through the weekly modules from Weeks 2-7, each with an interactive workbook designed to help you understand and apply what we're covering. I'll review your check-ins, help you problem-solve, make adjustments where needed and keep you moving forward throughout the eight weeks. This is coaching – not just a programme dropped into an app.
We'll decide together how many training sessions are realistic for your schedule and goals, which will usually sit around 3-4 sessions a week for most women, with each session taking around 45-60 minutes. You'll also have a weekly module and interactive workbook, which should take around 30-40 minutes, plus some time to prepare your nutrition for the week – whether that's meal prep, subscriptions, or a combination that works for you. Most women will give around 4-8 hours a week to their training, nutrition preparation and modules, alongside their usual daily activity. The aim isn't to cram more into your life. It's to make the time you have actually count.
Not at all. You don't need to arrive knowing what you're doing, and you don't need previous coaching experience. RESET is designed to teach you as you go – what your body needs, why we're doing what we're doing and how to actually put it into practice. You just need to be willing to show up, learn and give it a go.
You haven't failed RESET because life got busy. That's exactly what your coaching support is there for. If something isn't working, message me and we'll look at what's going on and work out what needs adjusting. The goal isn't to have eight perfect weeks. It's to learn how to keep moving forward when life isn't perfect.
Not necessarily. If fat loss is your goal, you can absolutely do RESET from home – you don't need a gym membership. You will need a few affordable pieces of equipment, such as resistance bands and light dumbbells. If you're looking to build significant muscle and shape, gym access will generally be more useful unless you already have a well-equipped home set-up. Either way, I'll build your programme around what you actually have access to.
Because you're not buying a generic programme. You're getting a programme built specifically for you, 1:1 coaching support, immediate access to your personalised training, modules and the WomenWeGlow resource library – all for one upfront payment. Once that personalised programme and content have been accessed, they can't simply be returned, which is why RESET is non-refundable. What I can promise is that you're never left to figure it out alone. If something isn't working, tell me and we'll work through it together.
Then RESET might be exactly what you're looking for. You don't need to commit to months of coaching before you know whether it's right for you. RESET gives you eight weeks to experience the training, education, coaching and support – then you decide what you want to do next.
That's up to you. At your Week 8 review, we'll look at what's changed, what you've learned and what you've achieved, and talk about where you want to go next. You can continue working with me, take everything you've learned and continue independently, or take some time to think about it. There is absolutely no obligation to continue.
Yes – genuinely. The first three places are £117. Once those are filled, the price moves to £147 for the rest of the September intake. The coaching experience is exactly the same. The only difference is whether you join at the very beginning.
The September intake is limited to 15 women, and once those places are filled, the next RESET intake won't run until January 2027. So if you've been waiting for a sign that you don't need to have your whole life figured out before you start... this might be it.

You don't have to know exactly what you need yet. You don't have to know whether coaching is right for you. RESET gives you eight weeks of structure, education and coaching built around you. You show up, do the work and learn what your body is capable of. At the end, you decide where you go from there.
